It is a desktop application developed for the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE). The system aims to serve as a management system that integrates interoperability elements to show data analysis and centralize information.
I had the opportunity to participate as part of this project at the National Institute of Electricity and Clean Energies (INEEL). My participation in the project consisted of developing a graphic interface proposal and to standardize the design and image of the whole project.
The values that we wanted to project were innovation, quality, and service.

HOW? Analysis of the system and its users, prototype, mockups and design.
The CAPS is for two types of users. CFE management users, who consult data and information generated by the system, and operational users, who are responsible for nourishing the system with information and analyzing it to generate value.
In the beginning, users were reluctant to use the system; they felt it was confusing and without design. We interviewed and wrote down the different needs of both groups.
• Ease access to information: The system must have a functional design that allows the user to access the information required in an agile manner, in the shortest time possible and with the least possible interaction, from 3 to 5 clicks with the mouse is acceptable.
• High performance: The system must consider that the user is captive and permanent, that is that he is forced to use the system for several hours a day. In this sense, performance and response time must priority number one.
